The pelvis is the origin to a whole host of muscles that control back, core, hip and even knee movements. If the pelvic joints are not moving properly there is added stress to all of these muscles and this can lead to injuries. When the pelvis is not working as well as it should your dynamic warm up and stretching will not be as effective and your required athletic movements can’t be as good as they should.

Poor head and neck movement could lead to injuries and certainly affect your performance. Restricted neck and upper back spinal movement can also lead to increased shoulder injuries.
